What happens if I have glaucoma, uveitis or dry eye and stop using my eye drops?
Glaucoma
If you have glaucoma and stop using your drops, you run the risk of permanent sight loss if there is an interruption in treatment.
Uveitis
If you have uveitis, your condition will flare up if you stop using your drops.
Dry eye
If you have dry eye, your condition will become less stable and you are more at risk of infection as well as the discomfort and blurring that dry eye brings if you stop your drops.
