What is the Priority Service register?
Energy and Network companies all have a priority service register, a free support service to help people in vulnerable situations. Each energy supplier and network operator keeps their own register, you are eligible to register if you have a hearing or sight condition (there are also other circumstances in which you may be eligible). The register enables you to get access to tailored and additional support.
