RNIB Grants 

Our means-tested grants enable registered blind or partially sighted people to buy specialist equipment that can help them live independently, such as a mobile phone, lighting, and talking kitchen scales. I’ve also attached a grant supporting letter template that you may need to ask a professional to complete:

The Powell Family Foundation 

I’d encourage contacting The Powell Family Foundation for up to £5,000 in grants for those with a vision impairment. This may support any larger costs for more expensive equipment or if you need to pay for a private specialist assessment:
