How do I turn on the text-to-speech on an Alto 2 phone?

You can turn on (un mute) the text-to-speech by holding down the multi-function button on the right hand side of the phone for five seconds. The phone will then announce you have turned on the text-to-speech, you can also turn off (mute) the text-to-speech in the same way.
